      I don't know for sure, but there's something called "piercing the veil" to find out who IS responsible (sometimes).

      In Great Britain they passed a law about corporate liability for manslaughter. I haven't seen the latest.

      Oh, would I ever love to restore personhood/citizenship rights to individuals, and to limit corporate rights the way the Founding Fathers intended.
