General Butler's book was reissued (finally) in paperback in 2003. Read it! We NEED someone in the Pentagon now with such integrity; actually we need lots of them.

Also, Jules Archer's book, "The Plot to Seize the White House" was finally reissued in paperback in March 2007. This is the money (pun intentional) story on the fascists' plans. It was available only at some larger libraries for a long time, being OOP. IIRC, it was first published in the mid-60's (maybe '50's?) I read it about five years ago and ran a photocopy (for my own use.) There was a rumor that some of the "treasonous families" bought up as many remaining copies as were available, within a year or two of its release back then. Coverup? Both are available for around $10 from the usual sources.

The Bush family has been intimately involved in "the new world order" for four generations. Time for pitchforks and burning pitch, IMO.
