Yes, I have seen my fair share of discrimination in my life because of my gender. That being said, I'd bet a week's paycheck that if Barack Obama and I held a contest to see who could get a cab first, I'd win every time. I'd also bet the farm that he'd win the " let's see who gets thrown face first on the hood of the police car during a traffic stop " contest.

Let's just for the sake of argument say that Archie Bunker in a pantsuit is right and Obama is getting preferential treatment. Knowing what it feels like to be shit on because of what I am, I can't begin to begrudge someone if they did finally get a break because of their race.

I'm beginning to wonder if I stumbled into the Republican party by mistake. I mean, I thought Dems believe in affirmative action. The Clinton campaign has flown in the face of everything I hold dear as a Democrat. We should make here go stand in a corner of Congress with Lieberman.

"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you
want to test a man's character, give him power."

Hillary is failing the power test. It's about
      character.

In the Senate, where she has only a modicum of
power, she behaves herself (more or less).

But now, with fewer constraints on her actions,
where she has the power and calls the shots in
her campaign, we see hints of her true self.

Imagine what she would stoop to as
President; with more power and fewer constraints,
with little other than her moral compass (don't
laugh) to restrain her, and Bill egging her on
      from the sidelines.

I want someone extraordinary as President: grace,
      intelligence, talent, judgement, wisdom, integrity.

Above all, that person must pass the power
      test.

      Obama: high distinction.

      Clinton: failure.
