Where, when and what sources revealed that Bush had been planning to topple Sadaam even before 911?

I have a wingnut friend who's still convinced we would not have gone into Iraq except for 911!

I know, there are some dumb people out there!

roundup. There were maps of Iraq with plans for oil pipelines, etc in March, I think. Well before 9/11, anyway. Check the pod cast for Monday.

and its associated web content, there's some miscellaneous stuff released from a FOIA request. Paul O'Neill (via Ron Suskind) recounted that the partitioning of Iraq's oil reserves was discussed at one of the very first cabinet meetings; Suskind managed to dig up the supporting info (maps of iraq, etc) that gov't agencies prepared for that meeting.
