    Back in the 70's I used to go into several local frozen food, cheese, and ice cream production facilities and never encountered anything other that sanitary conditions. As a matter of fact, when entering the work floor which was pressurized, you were required to wear white caps, gloves, overalls, and shoe coverings. Many wore masks who worked directly on the foodstuffs. Everyone looked like they worked in surgery at a hospital. The places were made of stainless steel and white hard coatings. They were always checking surfaces for contamination. What happened????

    I can't imagine why a roof leak wasn't fixed immediately!
