    of the procedures , Buckeye. As clearly you followed the protocol and you saw the company nurse and you followed her instructions to the letter.

      When I can, I'll read it all again.

      The only place I figure that I could have screwed up is by calling the nurse so many times using her extension directly without going through the switchboard.  Maybe I should have found a way to get there and track her down personally?  I know that part is my responsibility.  Every injury and illness issue goes through the nurse first.  That has always been clear.

      If I recall the conversation correctly, the management said the nurse didn't recognize that I had even tried to contact her.
