    those with religious convictions to not provide emergency contraceptives, instead having another person provide it, or at worst referring them to another facility.

    And when it was shot down, he still voted for the bill anyway.

    This is a non-starter, and the last portion in particular has created a massive blow back.

      hey I cannot give you the emergency contraceptive care you need because of my religious convictions! ..Please go to the next hospital or wait for another doctor.. think that's progessive?
