  •  Oh Lordie. This is MY fav... (8+ / 0-)

Scott Murphy should read the consition. Its probably a shorter read than the health care bill – taxation without representation should be a thing of the past.[sic][oh so my emphasis]

I, too, must read the consition.

I don't ever remember being tested on that.

As for its... well read the sentence in that light.  Figures.

    Sheesh.

    Need I mention morAn?

besides the spelling error is the '. . . probably a shorter read . . .'  If the commenter had ever read the Constitution, they would know its a shorter read than the bill.

      Her website's search banner reads:
      Amaricas Congress Woman.

I'm sure that resonates well with her consitents [sic].

I didn't realize that the Constitution states that if I don't like what the government does with my money, I don't have to give it to them.

Oh, wait, that's because it doesn't.  It says if I don't like it, there are means (elections and such) to change it.

The problem the Constitution was set out to address is you can't elect a 'God-chosen' king.

PS: Don't these people realize that for eight years WE had to put up with this stuff?  I didn't exactly believe in funding the 'faith-based' initiative (which I realize is still going on under Obama :( ) but that doesn't mean I think it's unconstitutional.  It's not taxation without representation.  I have representation (a Republican senator, at the moment -- Judd Gregg).  I don't think he represents me, but I know there are means to address this.

      They are just (willfully) ignorant.

The work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives and the dreams shall never die. - Sen. Edward M. Kennedy
