  •  I have to laugh when Repubs claim (11+ / 0-)

that Obama & Dems rejected all of their HCR "proposals" and pushed through a far-left socialist commie partisan bill. Because much of the bill that ended up becoming law was previously supported, and in many cases originally developed by, Repubs, and they only repudiated them when they decided that it was politically expedient to do so.

So does that mean that Repubs are the real far-left socialist commies and they're too gutless to admit it? Hey, what are they trying to hide here? Comrade Rush, we always knew you were "red". We just didn't realize what kind of red you were!

Seriously, though, this is how Repubs play politics today. They hand you 10 or so policy proposals and demand that you adopt all of them. In the spirit of cooperation and because you think that some of them might not be such bad ideas, you end up adopting 2 or 3 of them, in perhaps somewhat modified form. They immediately repudiate these 2 or 3 ideas and claim to have never supported them, and call you a hyperpartisan for rejecting the other 7 or 8! Like Stalinists--their true political compatriots--they continually revise history to fit their current political needs.

It's less abotu right vs. left than right vs. wrong. And the left is right, as always.

    •  200 amendments proposed by the CONs (6+ / 0-)

were added to the final legislation...but it's a commie-leftie-beatnik-socialistically-fascist bill.  LOL...

If only bushCO were as "difficult" to work with 8 yrs ago!  We'd have been happy with just a teeny bit of wiggle room!  200 amendments never would have happened either, that's for certain!

Once again, this just goes to show how blatantly hypocritical they are.  There ARE 2 sets of rules.  And, according to them, if we don't agree to the worst of those 2 sets, then WE'RE the bad guys!

If only we had a free and fair media to call them out for this shit....but sadly, too many of them are in the pockets of the same Corporatista that run the CONs.
