  •  Logically, Tester Amendment Should Receive (12+ / 0-)

total Republican support -- it deregulates small business, one of that party's bugaboos.

Realistically, do you have any idea what the chances are of Tester's amendment passing?  Who's on the record among Dmes in support of it?  Thanks.

    •  you know (0+ / 0-)

I don't know. It took a while to get the amendment all put together and such and then once the action alerts started circulating I was working on some other stuff with deadlines until recently. So I jumped on this bandwagon at the 11th hour, which turned out to be fine because it's the friggin' Senate we're dealing with here. Vote was gonna be THIS week, then NEXT week, now it's been delayed by another week or two (I found that out JUST NOW). So if it's the Senate you're trying to influence, procrastination won't necessarily hurt you.

I wrote a book! You should buy it!
