    they would have been by now. None of these guys have 'crossed the line' protecting their 1st amendment right to free speech yet.

    The hate crime bill was only passed because of Matthew Shepard's death. Not that it would have necessarily saved his life. Still, it is a pity that a tragedy has to happen for such things to change.

      and dangled one foot over it, then drawn it back and dangled the other foot, lather, rinse, repeat. Sooner or later somebody's going to slip. I just hope the consequences are not horrific.
