    What is 'sensible middle ground'?

There is no more important struggle for American democracy than ensuring a diverse, independent and free media. - Bill Moyers

    •  I suppose he means (4+ / 0-)

a "moderate" amount of hurdles for a woman to clear before she is allowed to do what she wants with her own body.

There IS NO middle ground between human rights and chattel slavery. There CAN BE NO middle ground.

EITHER women are fully equal citizens with all the same rights as men (and note, neither the Constitution nor any of its Amendments explicitly say so!), or they are not.

Any arguments over the "rights" of a (possibly hypothetical) fetus are nothing but distractions from the core of this argument.

Are Women Human? Can/Should They be Trusted?

If you (generic "you") don't answer "Yes" to both questions, you are a misogynist at best and a modern-day slaver at worst.

      If it's
      Not your body
      Then it's
      Not your choice
      AND it's
      None of your damn business!
