    Phil Geertson made the claims in an interview with the Oregonian newspaper.  I have added the link in the diary and will re link it here

    I didn't mean to allude that the case was about the GM alfalfa itself.  I thought that I made the case that it was about the National Environmental Protection Agency and Environmental Impact Statements.  Apologies if I didn't make the case succinctly enough.

      pickle to contend with. Since their advocates have painted GM crops in such negative terms, and since organic markets see cross pollination as a sign of "contamination", they are seeking unusually broad accommodation for their farming operations. Interesting.
