  •  This crap (none)
    is outragious.

Bush was running around the country with his minnions telling the voters to vote for him or die and now what is the excuse going to be for allowing a journalist with NO credentials into the White House Press Corps ?

This does not pass the giggle test, Every reporter is vetted by the Secret Service or some dept of this govt in order to get close to  the POTUS.

...his sponsoring "news organization" being formed. Makes perfect sense to me.

I did not receive $ from Ketchum, U.S. Department of Ed or HHS to write this---though I wish I had.

That's half the real story. Either they a. do a lousy job of vetting at the WH or b. they knew who he was. Either way, we win.

I listened to the NPR interview, and was struck that he blamed the Senate press credentialing group (whoever they are) as potentially leaking the fact that he appiled with the name Guckert over on the Hill. He also claimed that the WH doesn't do the vetting - as I recall from somewhere in a thread here, they do in fact vet the reporters.

An awful lot of smoke getting blown around on what should ne a nothing story from their standpoint....either there is a fire here, or we're missing somethng somewhere else.
