been ranting about the Democrats violating their oath of office claiming that they are not "faithfully discharging their duties."  Perhaps they should read the entire oath, which is similar to most others:

SECTION 28. Members of the legislature, and all officers, executive and judicial, except such inferior officers as may be by law exempted, shall before they enter upon the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe an oath or affirmation to support the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the state of Wisconsin, and faithfully to discharge the duties of their respective offices to the best of their ability.  Emphasis added.

An intentional vote and enactment of legislation which, through an illegal process, violates the WI Constitution is contempt and violation of the oath of offices of the Republican legislators and the Governor.  Both Walker and at least one Senator are on the record as saying that the Bill to eliminate Collective Bargaining is fiscal.

Every single shred of video and audio of these asshats should be collated and disseminated for the recalls.

    And yes, it's a trap.

" My faith in the Constitution is whole; it is complete; it is total." Barbara Jordan, 1974
