Last night I caught the tail-end of Matthew's horse race show and all of Countdown. On both shows, large blocks of time were devoted to the idea that Clinton wants to head the UN and that a Kerry presidency would facilitate that ambition. I'm surprised I haven't seen a diary about this. Scanning the MSNBC web site this morning, I find no mention of this "story." Searching google news, brings up disturbing sources...
Apparently Fox News is also promoting this concept

As is the Washington Times, scroll down to "Clinton's Dream Job" heading

I simply can't tell from these sources if Clinton really truly wants to replace Kofi Annan or if this is a concoction to alarm the freeper base with visions of a liberal new world order.
What do you think?
