I just read the thread by super simian titled "An objective summary of suspected voter fraud...". It's a [great summary http://www.dailykos.com/story/2004/12/4/12450/2804] of the status of vote manipulation.
There are smoking guns out there. If there's fraud, there have to be a number of election technicians, computer programmers, precinct workers, and ... who can show us the smoking gun. How do we get them to talk? How about money?
Has anybody offered a reward for specific, verifiable, anonymous information that leads to discovery of a smoking gun?
Kos folks (or anybody) could organize and open a contribution fund for the smoking gun. Then those of us who believe there is fraud could put our $$$ where our mouths are. I'd throw in a couple hundred bucks.
Focus on specific fraud allegations. I don't know them well enough to make a recommendation. Advertise the reward so the people holding the smoking guns see it. I worry that we are all talking among ourselves about this; there are people out there holding smoking guns that likely don't even know the discussion is still alive. If nothing is found, the funds could go to the cause of voter enfranchisement.
Update [2004-12-5 1:21:0 by kozmo]: I found the $200,000 reward offer; it's at Justice through Music http://www.jtmp.org/
