Ah, Thanksgiving! I have been chosen as the "chef" again this year. We feast on a traditional dinner: turkey, potatos, gravy, and dressing - or stuffing to some. The dressing/stuffing always seems to be a controversial dish. Dad wants oyster, no one else will touch it. Sister-in-law wants apples. Brother wants sausage. The kids don't want anything added and loads of gravy on top.
So I sit here tonight with a dilemma. I would like to make a dressing/stuffing that is different, unique. My question to Kossacks still blogging on this Thanksgiving Eve: What do you stuff your turkey with???
Oh- and which do you prefer, "stuffing" or "dressing"?
