Bill O'Reilly, John Gibson and the rest of the Fox News staff have been fighting hard to win the war on Christmas. Their efforts have not included a plan to win the war just a lot of insult screaming, finger pointing and accusing which gets everyone agitated and un-peaceful while producing no progress toward winning the war on Christmas. A plan is needed to win the war on Christmas.
People forget that there was a war on Christmas once before. It was less than 60 years ago when the war erupted in "Miracle on 34th Street". A threat was made to cancel Christmas, but a plan was hatched to save Christmas. The plan that saved Christmas in 1947 can be used to save Christmas now.
I hope people remember how Christmas was saved. Everyone sent a "Merry Christmas" letter so that people knew that Christmas was the winner of the war. Now is the time for everyone to once again rally around winning the new war on Christmas by letting people know that the 2005 Christmas War is over.
We should all email "Merry Christmas" greetings to Bill ----Oreilly@foxnews.com---- and John ----gibsonradio@foxnews.com---- and John's Producer ----richard.carbery@foxnews.com---- and Fox News ----viewerservices@foxnews.com---- and mail "Merry Christmas" cards to Fox News, 1211 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036 and phone Fox News to say "Merry Christmas", 1-888-369-4762. When the "Merry Christmas" messages flood into Fox, they will really know that the Christmas war is won. It will be just like 1947 when the pile of mail overwhelmed those who wanted to keep the war on Christmas going. What better way to end the war?
"Merry Christmas" Bill.
