America needs Toronto idea man Adam Wetstein.
He proposes governments use the lottery systems that millions of citizens trust each week. Lotto terminals use highly secure and proven technology that is already in place at convenience stores throughout the nation. Existing systems are trusted by governments and businesses. Every day they handle millions of dollars and millions of transactions. They're secure, provide audit trails, verification and have been paid for already by taxpayers.

Wetstein has pitched his idea to Elections Canada and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation without success. However, Canadian elections don't have the complications found in other juristictions where there can be multiple ballots and propositions galore.
