This is a letter written to me by a former VA nurse. I think it tells a story not often heard by the public.
I am in the process of interviewing people and releasing letters from workers in the VA who have had enough of the BS and want to let us all know how bad it really is.
This is part of my ongoing expose on PTSD and the after effects of war.
If you work for the VA and are furstrated, or you have information to share please e-mail me at coalitionforfreethoughtinmedia@yahoo.com

Hi Jay...
I quit my job last __ after working almost 20 years for the VA in____. I could no longer look my patients in the eyesnor say I was proud of what was going on.
I worked in the ER and was told that all Iraq Vets were to be given vip preference when they showed up for care. We were open 24/7 and already overwhelmed with our patient load. Waits to be seen for anything except an absolute life threatening condition were hours and hours long.
I quit when we started to see perfectly healthy looking young men who were unable to function in society any more. Their families would bring them in to us frustrated and so angry.
I had no problem trying to help but felt just as angry. I did not vote for our idiot commander and chief and am extremely opposed to war for
any reason.
I am also angered that VietNam and all other vets are being put at the back of the line.
Anyway... I am glad you are doing what you are doing... And proud of you as well.
Thanks
