That's right, it's bigger and better then ever. It's the YearlyKos MEGA-AUCTION! This time around we have more than 100 items on the auction block.
Our Auction Coordinator Extraordinaire Hyperbolic Pants Explosion is still working on loading them all onto to eBay but you can see many of the items by clicking HERE.
And oh do we have great items for you!.
First in what has to be one of the weirdest pieces of political memorabilia I've ever seen, I present to you the Dukakis Campaign '88 Cigarettes! < cough, cough >
Or how about a few CheapAss Games? They include First, a full suite of Doctor Lucky games and expansions. The original "pre-mystery" board game, Kill Doctor Lucky, in which the players compete to commit the murder (yikes!) of the appropriately-named Doctor Lucky and the less-bloodthirsty Save Doctor Lucky, in which you attempt to save (phew!) the Doctor aboard a sinking ocean liner.
Maybe you (or your dog perhaps!) would like to curl up on a plush oriental rug. How about this one here?
And there is so much more including jewelery, 1997 Gore Family Holiday card, grocery trolley, autographed Crashing the Gate book, Howard Dean campaign swag, music, DVD player, etc.
Thank you SO much to the donors of this auction! The DailyKos community has really stepped up and we greatly appreciate it. FYI, donors will be credited by their Daily Kos User ID (or however they wish) in a separate Auction Tracking Page.
So take a look and bid early and often! Auction ends Sunday, June 4th.
Independent Arts & Media, a 501 (c) 3 organization and fiscal sponsor of YearlyKos, Inc. has authorized this auction for the benefit of YearlyKos, Inc. All tax-deductible proceeds from the final sale price, less the PayPal fee and a 5% administrative fee, will go directly to YearlyKos, Inc.
YearlyKos is dedicated to organizing and supporting an annual meeting of progressive netroot activists. The first YearlyKos Convention will provide 1000 convention attendants and tens of thousands of online participants (via webcasting and live blogging) with training sessions, panel discussions, and lectures by leading lights of the blogosphere (including activists, politicians, and technical experts). Most importantly, it will provide the opportunity for progressive citizens to meet with each other and form connections to build progressive infrastructure.
