Apparently Nixon's old pal has been
advising the Bush administration on how to deal with Iraq, according to Bob Woodward's new book. Excellent choice. I mean, considering what a fantastic job ol' Henry did with Vietnam.
Christ almighty, how do these people get their shoes tied without causing the deaths of at least ten people? Hell, maybe they can't.
"I can't comment on that because I haven't read [Woodward's] book," says Rumsfeld. Translation: "Kissinger obviously does advise Bush, but I'm just going to try to distract you by pretending you asked me whether I'd read Woodward's book, instead of addressing your question for, you know, real."
