KSFO radio hosts take on blogger's allegations
Here is a letter to the New York Times that you can rip off and edit to make your own. Do Not Cut And Paste. Newspapers don't like that.

To the Editor:
I am writing in response to your January 15 article "Bloggers Take on Talk Radio Hosts." The current effort is part of ten year continuing protests against the extreme violent views expressed on KSFO.
The violent rhetoric on KSFO is bad for our community, and does not represent the inclusive nature of our diverse state. This is not an issue of liberals vs. conservatives, it is a clash between the civilized and the barbaric.
Staging mock executions of the NYT executive editor, Iraqis, and suspected terrorists is not fit for children and other sentient beings, and KSFO has done all this. The radio station is owned by Disney; this stuff is just not fit for children to hear.
When the KSFO talkshow host Brian Sussman harassed the caller repeatedly with taunts, "Say Allah is a wh***," this was not merely reprehensible, it was against the law, and a violation of Disney’s business practices. Sussman later apologized for this, but I believe this was due to pressure from above, rather than genuine remorse.
Despite being reissued guidelines by their parent company as to the limits of violent rhetoric, KSFO continues to back up its threats to NYT editors, photojournalists, Muslims, liberals and Democrats, House Speaker Pelosi, and casting racist insults at Senator Obama.
I believe the reason the blogger’s website was taken down was not because the brief audio clips were a copyright violation, which they were not, but because they were so vile and malignant that they would alienate advertisers and cast Disney/ABC in a most repulsive light.
Sincerely yours,
Here's one to the Chronicle:

We really have a situation here in San Francisco -- the extreme and violent views on KSFO radio do not represent the best interests of the SF community which is diverse and inclusive.
The protest against violent rhetoric on KSFO radio has a long history. When the SF mayor and city supervisors, and the SF Human Rights Commissioner protested against the most extreme homophobic and violent rhetoric in 1995, one KSFO host was fired and that particular class of hate speech stopped.
Even Herb Caen was part of this protest when he wrote in 1995 "Do you think the idea of lynching liberals is funny? .... Well the new talent at KSFO does"
KSFO continues to back up its threats to liberals, NYT editors, photojournalists, Muslims, and House Speaker Pelosi, and casting racist insults at Senator Obama.
The violent rhetoric on KSFO does not represent the values or business practices of Disney, KSFO’s parent company. When the KSFO talkshow host Brian Sussman harassed the caller repeatedly with taunts, "Say Allah is a wh***," this was not merely reprehensible, it was against the law, and against Disney’s business practices. Sussman later apologized for this, but I believe this was due to pressure from above, rather than genuine remorse.
I think the reason the blogger’s website was taken down was not because the brief audio clips were a copyright violation, which they were not, but because they were so vile and malignant that they would alienate advertisers and cast Disney/ABC in a repulsive light.
I look forward to the Chronicle continuing coverage on this story.
Sincerely yours,
Now, after you've got that done, we're on to
