I realize David Broder said some bad things in the past. There's "Clinton came in here and trashed the place", there's his fawning over the "Mission Accomplished" stunt. But even if you've read the recent Harper's piece which takes "the dean or pundits" apart, Broder's his latest will shock you with its...I'm not even sure what to call it. The title is "The Democrats' Gonzales." Here's a taste:

If you answered " Harry Reid," give yourself an A. And join the long list of senators of both parties who are ready for these two springtime exhibitions of ineptitude to end.
I think we all realize that the Post should pulled out Mr. Broder's feeding tubes a long time ago in order to spare the country further pain.
The good news is he's doing an online chat on Friday where he can be roasted for his...again, I'm not even sure there's a word for what he's written this time.
