Hillary appears to be getting a nice post-debate bounce. According to today's daily tracking poll from Rasmussen, Hillary leads Obama by 22 points.
Today's numbers are:
Clinton: 44%
Obama: 22%
Edwards: 15%
This is big change from just 8 days ago, when the numbers read:
Clinton: 35%
Obama: 27%
Edwards: 13%
Rasmussen's methodology is as follows:
The Rasmussen Reports Election 2008 Presidential Tracking Poll is updated daily, Monday through Friday. Daily results are based upon a four day rolling average and new results are posted each day by noon Eastern.
Daily tracking results are from survey interviews conducted over four days ending last night. Each update includes approximately 750-800 Likely Democratic Primary Voters and 600-650 Likely Republican Primary Voters. Margin of sampling error for each is +/- 4 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.
Hillary's performance at last week's debate was arguably her best of the primary campaign so far. A post-debate poll of Dartmouth students who watched the debate gave her the clear win, and the press reviews were basically glowing:
