Just a short diary here for lunch.
John Edwards has a new TV ad up in New Hampshire. Like his Iowa ad, it focuses on working people, who are the real heroes of America.
Come around after the fold to see the new TV ad for John Edwards and some more videos and stuff.
This has been American Heroes Week for John Edwards and the campaign:
Edwards will recognize Americans across the country. The heroes will include workers, teachers, veterans, soldiers, first responders, and the people of New Orleans.
"If you're looking for heroes, don't look to me," Edwards said. "Don't look to Elizabeth. We have support. We have health care. We have the American people behind us. Look to them. They are the ones who we speak for. They are the ones that we stand up for. It is time to stand up for working men and women. If we are not their voice, they will never have a voice."

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Edwards will call attention to the bravery of America's veterans and first responders.

This adds to recent his endorsement by the New Hampsire SEIU:
And the independant radio campaign by the environmental group Friends of the Earth Action:
FoE Action President, Brent Blackwelder, regarding their independant campaign in New Hampshire to help elect a green president:
We plan to be especially active in New Hampshire, establishing an independent campaign and organization to carry the message about John Edwards’ global warming plan and his vision for a healthy environment. There is a powerful, untapped environmental constituency out there that is up for grabs in this country and we are here to lend our voice to push that constituency toward Edwards. We believe he has the right vision and record to tap that constituency.
In New Hampshire, there are a lot of Democratic primary voters who care deeply about the quality of their environment and cite it as a top concern when choosing a nominee for president. In particular, voters in the Granite State are looking for real action to combat global warming. We plan to spend the next 3 months letting these voters know that John Edwards is the candidate best qualified and most committed to help achieve this big and bold goal.

John Edwards will be our First Green President
John Edwards is making a big move forward at the right time in this campaign for the presidency.
I'll end with John Edwards yesterday in Iowa:
IOWA CITY, Nov. 5 — A few minutes before John Edwards delivered a forceful closing argument to the voters who will help determine the fate of his presidential ambitions, he called upon a gentleman seated near a window in the library in downtown Charles City.
"If the American people understood what’s going on all over, there would be a revolution tomorrow morning," exclaimed the man, who said he was a retired eastern Iowa farmer.
"I’m with you, brother!" Mr. Edwards replied, nodding in affirmation.

I agree with Edwards and that man in Iowa! WE NEED REAL CHANGE AND EDWARDS WILL BRING IT!
UPDATE I: 5 Questions for Clinton
"Senator Clinton has repeatedly said she will 'end the war.' Yet she has provided no plan for how she'll do it. She has only said that she will hold a meeting with her advisors within 60 days of taking office. That's not a plan. It's a promise of a planning meeting. On such an important question we need honesty and answers, not double-talk and evasions.
"As president, I will immediately withdraw 40,000 to 50,000 troops to jump-start the political solution that will end the violence, launch a diplomatic offensive with all local, national, and regional parties, and completely withdraw all combat troops within nine to ten months. If Senator Clinton is the Democratic nominee, the debate with the Republicans will be about how much war we will have in Iraq. If I'm the nominee, the debate will only be about ending the war. We can't be just a little bit better than the Republicans. We have to win this election and bring our brave men and women home to the heroes' welcome they deserve.
"And so today, I am calling on Senator Clinton to offer specific answers to five questions of most concern to voters in Iowa, New Hampshire, and all across America."
