This is absolutely outrageous:
After the call, the Clinton campaign e-mailed a memo entitled, "Obama Must-Wins": "The media has anointed Barack Obama the presumptive nominee and he's playing the part. With an eleven-state winning streak coming out of February, Senator Obama is riding a surge of momentum that has enabled him to pour unprecedented resources into Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island and Vermont. ... Senator Obama has campaigned hard in these states. He has spent time meeting editorial boards, courting endorsers, holding rallies, and - of course - making speeches. If he cannot win all of these states with all this effort, there's a problem."

So after weeks of Clinton people conceding that wins in both Ohio and Texas are crucial to the survival of her campaign, now they're reversing and saying that even if Obama wins everything but say Rhode Island, then it's still a net loss for Obama.
Folks, this doesn't pass the smell test. This willful blindness to the reality facing HRC's campaign surpasses all bounds of plausibility. Worst part is, that in her determination to remove all doubt that the Clinton's care about nothing other than themselves and their personal ambitions, they're fine letting Obama waste millions campaigning against her which could otherwise be used against McCain.
After reading this, I will not be at all surprised if they are unscrupulous enough to force this all the way into a divisive convention battle. All for their vanity and absolute void of dignity.
