This is something I feel needs to be said. It is a letter to Senator Clinton, based on realities on the ground we see happening every day. Sure it will be flamed and perhaps deleted, but in some of these words may lie a better course of wisdom. Can be adjusted, to party elders as well. Just think somebody has to point out the negative consequences of Armageddon style campaigning.

Dear Senator Clinton:
You seem to think there will be no consequences for you as a result of your self-admitted "kitchen sink" or what one might call Armageddon-style tactics.
Some possible consequences:
1. You may contribute to the weakening of the leading and possible eventual Democratic nominee in a way that is unprecedented and unseemly. Some would say in ways that are despicable
2. You may fracture the Democratic Party in a historically huge way. Some would say you already have.
3. You may actually win the nomination, and almost surely lose the election. Do you really think African Americans (and many others) are going to forgive you for past and recent comments and tactics?
4. You may, in fact, fatally tarnish and/or destroy the Clinton brand-name and reputation.
5. You may come back to Washington, having won none of the above, unpopular and discredited, and be seen and treated as a pariah within your own party. This is actually a pretty likely outcome.
Do you really think these eventualities, more likely than all the rest, are worth your refusal to admit that you have already lost the faith and spirit and goodwill of the major part of the Democratic Party?
I am a lifelong Democrat. I am loyal to the Democratic Party. I find your tactics and methods reprehensible, particularly when I think your chances for success are so very, very small and your capabilities for self-destruction and party-destruction so very, very large.
What will it take to convince you to throttle back and take measure of reality and to save yourself, your husband's legacy, the Democratic Party, and the election in November, thus also the nation? What will it take to convince you that, as much as you thought this was to be your time, it is not, and therefore it would be better to withdraw/retreat and live to fight another day?
Now, that would be true leadership. That would be likely to win you big, big, big points for someday, when it is finally better timing for you to become President of the United States.
With all best wishes to you, your family, your supporters, and our Democratic Party.
