It was pretty hard wading through the garbage.
But what I tried to post I thought was innocuous enough:
I'm confused... isn't this a site for Democrats and Liberals? You know, the "antidote to right-wing radio." So why all the love for McCain? The differences between Hillary and Obama are miniscule compared to the policy differences between Hillary/Obama and McSame. Isn't it more important that feminist and Democratic policies get promoted in the White House than your particular candidate gets the nomination? If not, does that mean you belong to a personality cult?
My posting was quickly moderated out of existence. Fortunately, the moderators were there to leave such gemtastic comments (in the same thread):
Obama is a closet black supremacist. He freely associates with scum like Wright and Meeks who are public black supremacists and attracts people like Randi Rhodes as supporters who spew nothing but hatred. They accuse anyone who opposes them of racism when they themselves are racists of the worst kind. They believe that the color of their skin entitles them to certain priviledges that should not be enjoyed by anyone else. Obama will just worsen race relations if he ever becomes president and end up destroying the Democratic party.
Taylor, that was truly a fine post, much more honest, inspiring and thought provoking than the much regaled speech of last month.
I admire McCain for his actions today, won't vote for him as it is quite easy for me to keep the Supreme Court and the effect he would have on it in mind.
Obama? Never- I'll sit this one out if I have to. I simply can't bring myself to vote for a sexist hypocrite who has created racial divides through his excuses, remarks and things left unsaid.
MLK would have endorsed Hillary. He was such a better speaker than BO. BO bores me to tears.
This is off topic but I think Jimmy carter is goign to endorse Obama. Oh boy, that should help him a lot. I see Jimmy Carter as someone who is anti-Israel and anti-American. Sorry, just my opinion.
Obama seemed to have trouble with black community too, and found that race baiting Wright style is the cheater's way to get black support and leadership roles without spending ANY time or effort earning it. NONE. He was unknown, race baiting is the quick, cheater's way to leadership in the black community. For shame.
I like the McCain and Clinton approaches on how you work together way better. And they are both willing to be booed-- that is so courageous. And Hillary puts up with this all the time, McCain has been as courageous as MLK in his personal life too.
McCain's more than decent, he is heroic. Hillary is my girl. Obama is an embarassment to this country.
I actually like McCain for admitting his mistake in front of a hostile crowd. That takes a lot of courage. Courage is a good thing and something I would like to see in my President.
Hillar has courage...I have not see any courage coming from Obama.
And finally the shit-encrusted diamond of comments:
I am impressed that McCain would make the effort to go. Yes, I know it was something that NEEDED to be done, but he had to kow it wasn't going to be well received.
That to me shows a huge difference between HRC / McCain and BO. Could anyone really see BO walking into a situation where he was not going to be loved? Where he might risk being booed?
Well, there you have it, TaylorMarsh.com, "the Antidote to Right-Wing Talk."
