The Raw Story has an AP article that says Clinton will file before midnight. Update, midnight has come and gone and the web-site still hasn't been updated, but here's some info from camp Clinton.
The Clinton aide said she raised 20 million in March and only had 8 million from March primaries. This confirms what we all thought of limited resources. This alone is a bad sign for her campaign and argument for Super Delegates. Which ones would want to turn away a fund raising machine like Obamas? It is the thing Democrats have dreamed about for years.

UPDATE 4 & 5: Here is the Filing for Camp Clinton. And the FEC now have it in a nice format here. It's all lumped into the 20 million.
I'm shiffting through it to find the breakdown, No loan, but debt.
$10 Million Debt, if I'm reading right. Check Schedule D $15 Million with her loan added $12 Million of the $20 Million was for General Election use only (untouchable in the primary race), $8 Million for the Primaries. So with all that debt the $8 Million is long gone before the month started.
From RawStory...
Barack Obama raised $41 million in March and had $42 million available to spend against Democratic rival Hillary Rodham Clinton in April, campaign finance reports filed Sunday show.
Clinton aides said late Sunday she would report raising about $20 million in March and that she had more than $8 million for the primary available at the beginning of April.
Also the Yahoo/Bloomberg.com is reporting the hard truth about what Clinton needs in PA to catch Obama.
Clinton needs ``blowout numbers,'' says Peter Fenn, a Democratic consultant who isn't affiliated with either campaign. ``The wheels would have to come off the Obama bus, and the engine would have to blow.''
and
More than just big margins, Clinton would need record voter turnout too. In Pennsylvania, she would need a turnout of 2 million, about half the state's registered Democrats; in the 2004 primary, about 800,000 voted. She would also need turnout to almost double in other states where she leads, and reach some 1 million in Puerto Rico, which is about how many Democratic- leaning voters went to the polls in a 2004 gubernatorial election. The territory, known for its high turnout, didn't have a presidential primary that year.
In Pennsylvania -- where a Bloomberg/Los Angeles Times poll gave her just a five-point margin last week -- Clinton would need to win a strong majority of the state's suburban voters, about half of male voters, three-quarters of the rural vote and probably 70 percent of white voters, says Chris Borick, director of the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public Opinion in Allentown. She would also have to erode Obama's strength among black voters and college students.
Although they have bought into the popular vote argument put forward by the Clinton camp.
These are numbers that Chuck Todd from MSNBC was talking about on MTP. With a 20 point win, she would only net 9 delegates and approx 250,000 vote advantage. She is so far behind, I hope she realizes it’s over.... For the good of the party.
UPDATE 1: COH is not mentioned in the article so I changed info above. She might have more or possibly less. She only had 8 million for the primaries from March fundraising. A bigger wow since she had debt going into April.. We know she is carring debt. Stories were out last two weeks about people she still owes, and as far as we know, she still hasn't repaid her self loan. (5 mil)
UPDATE 2: Here is another link about Clinton Funds... Bloomberg
UPDATE 3: Most probably have read, but here is a diary posted by Trepanator with a wonderful chart breakdown on Obama's 51 million COH

Gen Election and Primary Numbers lumped into the 20 in this summary
Confused... Total Spending was 22 million, she took in only 20 million, it's been reported that 12 million of that was for the General Election, that is untouchable money for the Primary which leaves 8 million but she spent 22 million. I'm confused by the math.... How much Primary money did she carry over from Feb?
UPDATE 6: So this link has now been provided. The FEC link says 12 million was for the primary. This is in contradiction with what the Clinton Aide told an AP reporter. CNN.com is also reporting the 8 million for the primaries. Did camp Clinton lie to the FEC and transposed numbers or did they lie to the Media? If they lied to the media, why would they cut themselves 4 million short?
Non-Update Update: Wow, second rec list in a week. I'll self plug again.
