In the past week, since Pennsylvania, we have seemingly gotten a bit off track. A few media worthy things happened. The Pennsylvania primary was not one of them. Hillary was expected to win all along. Of course, she is using the psychology of that win to place doubt and fear in the hearts of Obama supporters. Why? Because psychology is all she has.
She does not have the numbers.
Let's talk about how we've gotten off message. Instead of pushing for the media to acknowledge real news stories we've allowed ourselves to whine about the tabloid news they report.
We are all road weary at this point and really want Hillary to go away. (well many of us do). What we need to do is to find the shred of fight we have left and make a major push to help out our candidate.
He's being derailed by silliness and if you care about the integrity of not only this election but of this nation, it is not the time to sit idly by or cry about what's happening.
action, now.
Do you really want the country run by John "100 Years" McCain
or Hillary "Strangelove" Clinton?
I do not so I will not stop the fight to get the right candidate elected.
There are lots of media stories that need a little attention:
Hillary's Radical Past or her Promise to bomb Iran and to obliterate it (Mothers, children and all)
And what about the very simple fact that Hillary is running a bankrupt campaign? Would you trust her with your economy?
And why hasn't anyone informed her that we've all had enough of the crappy long and boring debates?
Looking at the big picture, we need time to take on McCain and find out why he seems to hide much of his money and assets in his wife's name.
or that he also does not know a thing about finance or economics.
McCain is not unbeatable and if Democrats stop playing into every sensational story we will win this election. How can we allow ourselves to be fed by a media brought to a frenzy by pictures of Hannah Montana.
Send a newspaper an email. Write to the local or national networks. Talk about your candidate to your friends and listen to their opposing views but don't disengage from the process. Stay connected.
We need to recenter and focus our attention on winning, not on who or what continues to attack our Candidate. It will happen more and more but we need to push back, not moan over it.
Distractions are On Notice and you are on notice to get back to work! We can't get bogged down in the media mess.
Back on Task folks.
