Speak of George's Third Term, McCain is all over the map on this and can't decide whether he wants support from the extreme right or not.
Did anyone else notice this little non sequitor with regards to McCain's new ad?
From Slate Friday, March 14, 2008, at 4:32 PM ET :
Speaking by videoconference with U.S. military and civilian personnel in Afghanistan about the challenges posed by war, corruption, and the poppy trade, president Bush unleashed this comment:
I must say, I'm a little envious. If I were slightly younger and not employed here, I think it would be a fantastic experience to be on the front lines of helping this young democracy succeed. It must be exciting for you ... in some ways romantic, in some ways, you know, confronting danger. You're really making history, and thanks

Then Johnny McLame releases a new commercial where the very first line line is:
"Only a fool or fraud talks tough or romantically about war..." blah blah blah.
Is that a hanging curve ball or what? Or do they think we're like gold fish who don't even remember the other side of the tank? We should be squeezing the sh@t out of this guy.
'What's going to be, do you agree with Bush, or do you think he is a fool? Is Bush a fraud , or do you agree with him on every transcedent issue of his presidency? '
