Seems as though WMC-TV Memphis has called it for Cohen:
US House of Representatives Dist 9 Tennessee State and Federal Primary
31% OF PRECINCTS REPORTING
Steve Cohen* (D / Inc.) 26,313 80%
Nikki Tinker (D) 6,024 18%
Joe Towns, Jr. (D) 482 1%
Isaac Richmond (D) 111 0%
James Gregory (D) 106 0%
Use this as a thread to discuss your favorite anti-Semitic campaigns (go Billy McKinney for GA State House '04!), and how satisfying it is to know that EMILY's List is going to have to explain to their donors just how their cash was used in this race.
UPDATE: Memphis Commercial Appeal posted a story on the race about 20 minutes ago with my new favorite hyphenation screw-up:
In addition to Tinker's assaults, Cohen told news media he'd been harassed by an American-American activist angered by the congressman's opposition to a resolution that would have condemned Turkey for genocide against Armenians after World War I.
Key constituency group, those American-Americans.
UPDATE 2 (9:52):

Sweet.
UPDATE 3 (10:07): Yeah, this one's locked. Cohen is accepting the nomination now.

UPDATE 5 (10:50): Headline on Politico.com's "Scorecard":
Cohen Handily Defeats Tinker
Memphis Commercial Appeal:
Cohen on track for decisive victory
With 168 of 208 precincts reporting, Cohen won 79.23 percent of the vote, greatly expanding his base of support from the 2006 Democratic Primary in which he won 31 percent of the vote on a crowded ballot. His closest challenger, attorney Nikki Tinker, received 18.68 percent of vote, more than six points fewer than the 25 percent she received in 2006.
"It says Memphis has come a long, long way and that people who were counting on racial voting to prevail are thinking of a Memphis that doesn't exist anymore," Cohen said. "The people of Memphis are more sophisticated voters that deal with issues and someone's record and not simply race.
"And I think it's a story for America because I know of no other place in America where there would be such a vote."
...
For the 37-year-old Tinker, it was a crushing end to a difficult day and a campaign that was never able to trumpet a coherent message. When the early results were released, 12 gathered people at her campaign party at Morgan Freeman's downtown club, Ground Zero Blues Club.
I'm amazed 12 people were willing to be associated with her. I'm guessing 2-4 staff, possibly an outside assistant from Emily's List, the sell-out from her "Cohen hearts the Klan" ad, and maybe some relatives.
