The brilliance of this attack's simplicity astounds even me.
Use the wingnut GOP base enthusiasm for Governor Palin against John McCain. But, not in the way you may be thinking.
The Obama campaign should acknowledge that the Christian fundamentalist GOP base of the Republican party loves Sarah Palin because she is one of them.
Then, COMPARE that genuine enthusism for their lackluster support for John McCain, and impishly suggest they maybe the GOP would be happier with Governor Palin at the top of the ticket. After all, she "has more executive experience than John McCain."
I think this should be a running narrative through ot this convention and possibly going into the election proper.
Keep needling McCain by saying that the Republicans like Sarah more than they like him. Maybe he shuld drop out and let her be the nominee.
I think this would drive MCCain's people nuts.
