Bipartisan report slams Bush on prevention of WMD attacks
Lee Hamilton, a former co-chair of 9/11 Commission and now leading the PSA, said the Bush administration has fallen short on many aspects on the WMD terrorism, including slowing down efforts to deny terrorists access to WMD-related technology and materials, leaving thousands of U.S. chemical plants unprotected, opposing new international deals to prevent bioterrorism, and increasing confrontation with Russia over Georgia.
He was quoted by the Washington Post's web site as saying that the report will conclude that "the threat of a new, major terrorist attack on the United States is still very real," because the nation are still "dangerously vulnerable" when facing threats of nuclear, chemical or biological weapon held by terrorists.

According to the Washington Post, Bush's got "three D's, eight C's and seven B's in areas such as sustaining support of foreign scientists and governments, integrating programs to prevent nuclear terrorism and strengthening multilateral law enforcement efforts."
Here's Mr. 2.22 GPA backing McCain as his successor:
My fellow citizens, we live in a dangerous world. And we need a President who understands the lessons of September the 11th, 2001: that to protect America, we must stay on the offense, stop attacks before they happen, and not wait to be hit again. The man we need is John McCain. (Remarks by Bush to the RNC, September 2, 2008)
And look who's schooling Palin on national security matters:
Politico: Palin team stocked with Bush veterans
Offering policy counsel will be Steve Biegun, a seasoned foreign policy specialist who did stints as a senior member of Bush’s National Security Council and as national security adviser to former Sen. Bill Frist, when he was Senate majority leader.
The McCain-Palin campaign isn't talking a whole lot about national security at the moment, but if they're elected, they'll use this report to push Bush's failed policies even further and destroy what's left of the Constitution. Hmmm...maybe that's what they mean by "change."
The reason that you have this principle is not to be soft on terrorism. It's because that's who we are. That's what we're protecting. Obama: "Don't Mock the Constitution" by klayman
