Here is an idea for a campaign ad that could work.
The ad is entitled "Bridges" and it is an attempt to link the lies about the Bridge to Nowhere, with McCain's backwards looking policies, that effectively build bridges to the past and then contrasting this with Obama/Biden fixing our bridges and building bridges to our allies and the future.
Bridges
John McCain and Sarah Palin continue to suggest that she was instrumental in stopping the Bridge to Nowhere.

But the evidence shows that this is not true.
[image of Palin with bridge T-shirt, headlines debunking claim].
The McCain/Palin campaign appears to want to build a bridge to the past eight years of George Bush, supporting policies like tax cuts for the most wealthy, failing to address the healthcare crisis and keeping the US military in Iraq for decades to come.

In contrast, the Obama/Biden administration will fix our crumbling bridges, creating new jobs in the process.
[reminder of crumbling bridge]
Barack Obama and Joe Biden will build new bridges, with policies that keep people in their homes, make health insurance affordable for all Americans, and restore our alliances with our foreign allies.
[taking down foreclosure signs, erasing rejected claim on a health care claim].
Most importantly, Barack Obama and Joe Biden will build a bridge to the future by investing in the education of our children and investing in green energy to reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

I am not a video editor, so it would take some one with talent like Jed Lewison (or Bill Hillsman) to build on this idea. I like it because it provides a clear contrast - it is not just negative, but it is also not just fluff.
Does this grab anyone? Anyone with video skills who could throw this together (Jed?, Cartwright?)
