She mentioned "Feds." Who are they? The Fish and Wildlife people who check her moose hunting license.
The U.S. Federal Reserve, which ponied up the money, is always referred to as the "Fed," never "Feds."
Other than disappointment, she didn't offer much insight. But you have to assume that her disappointment is with the Bush administration's stewardwhip of the economy.
She clearly does not have any insight to do things better.
