Sigh, when Miss South Carolina (whoopsie) i mean Mrs Alaska goes into a question she pulls out all the stops.
Ok ok hold on here is the transcript
"Oil and coal? Of course, it's a fungible commodity and they don't flag, you know, the molecules, where it's going and where it's not. But in the sense of the Congress today, they know that there are very, very hungry domestic markets that need that oil first," Palin said. "So, I believe that what Congress is going to do, also, is not to allow the export bans to such a degree that it's Americans that get stuck to holding the bag without the energy source that is produced here, pumped here. It's got to flow into our domestic markets first."
My first thought was what the hell is "fungible"? Now, some of you that know me here may be like "wtf are you an idiot", but truth be known i like to think that i have a proper education, just not one in economics. So i went to dictionary.com to see if it was even a word and of course it is a economic term! WoW WoW Wubbzy! She just got my vote for knowing a big word! (snark) So i think to myself as i hear yet another Miss South Carolina moment from the moose hunter, when Lord? When will John Stewart or someone else with l33t video skills do a split screen of Palin and Miss South Carolina?!?!?
Or someone could just do that with her whole fungible, molecule, senate, etc etc from this latest. Sure would be nice if someone would make such a cartoon for us dumb ass veterans and union members who have no idea wtf fungible means.
