Alright, this is it. In little more than 24 hours, this election will be over. It's up to us to make sure that we help make sure everyone votes. One of the ways we can do that is to make sure people get in line and STFIL. (Thanks Mr. Jeff L.)
One way to help with that is to know what the weather looks like for tomorrow. If we come out to the polls with umbrellas or whatever else we need to make sure that people's waits are as comfortable as possible, that means we earn more votes.
So with that in mind, here's the forecast for Election Day.
So here's the good news: things are looking pretty good in a number of battlegrounds. No precipitation predicted for Missouri, Florida and Ohio. Precipitation should be minimal in Georgia, the Midwest and in Pennsylvania.
But as you can see, there will be quite a bit of precipitation in the West; minimally in California, but there will be some noticeable preciptation in places like Nevada and Washington State.
It will also be windy in Arizona and New Mexico, but fortunately very minimal precipitation.
One thing that's definitely important to note is the precipitation forecast for Virginia and North Carolina, which could be significant in places.
It will be important to know what tomorrow holds so you can be prepared and help get as many people out to the polls as comfortably as possible so we don't lose any votes over a little precipitation.
But I'm convinced that when it comes to enthusiasm, Obama voters are going to be a little more willing to put up with a little discomfort to cast their ballots.
So that's about it. Let's get out there and win an election!
