I don’t get it. The last election sent a completely different message. Finally, progressives could gain ground with the promise true advancement on important public issues – healthcare, education, equality, . . .
Not so, apparently.

Dr Alan Boss of the Carnegie Institution of Science said many of these worlds could be inhabited by simple lifeforms.

I’m not going to be so pessimistic as to assume that each of these "Earths" is crawling with millions of simple lifeforms. This can’t be good news though. If we very conservatively assume that, on average, each Earth merely has two simple lifeforms, we can see how this could be devastating news.
Amazingly, there are millions of registered Republicans in the US. Now we know there are billions of more of them out there.
Time for Obama to get serious, very serious, about border control.
