Neal Boortz lies
On my reactionary radio station, KSFO in San Francisco, Neal Boortz stated that catsup was indeed a vegetable. You recall that Ronald Reagan said that catsup should count as a vegetable for school lunch programs. For this Mr Reagan was widely derided by liberals, the MSM, and most others. (I mean, all others.) They pointed out that catsup was a seasoning or condiment. Of course condiments can be vegetables too. They often are. In fact Neal Boortz said that 4 tablespoons of catsup equals one tomato. 4Tbscatsup=1tomato, to be precise. Boortz didn't say how large the tomato was or what variety of tomato was included in the sample, so one has to assume he means an idealized tomato. Can you see the mendacity here? Boortz accuses the MSM of saying something it didn't say.
