(this is a long one, folks, so grab some popcorn and settle back ...)
it looks like the kenyan usurper got a breather, after suffering yet another month of civil unrest, as birthers once again postponed his impending ouster. meanwhile, internet powerhouse! andy martin filed his appeal in hawaii to remind the governor that she still owes him obama's recorded history. north carolina joined the confederacy georgia and an online "national grand jury" in handing down its own indictments against obama for fraud and treason, while rhode island, texas, arkansas and illinois continue to recruit patriotic jurors.
and don't let anyone tell you that these grand juries are just silly "kangaroo courts" — they take their solemn responsibilities quite seriously:
so, one person actually voted no out of 26. what good is joining in a grand jury if one is not serious enough to see all the evidence against BO and they foolishly voted no? i think that person was wasting their own time and the time of the grand jury.
icky usurper-lovers need not apply.
the juries seem to have gotten some personal attention from the us secret service, according to this more than likely embellished account from one of the principal organizers (and "foreman" of the georgia grand jury), carl swenssen:
when i asked their names they asked for what purpose and i clearly stated i would post them on my web site. they both refused and i could have asked them to leave at that point but chose not to and i'm glad i didn't.
we engaged in the constitutional definition of the term natural born and they were woefully ill prepared for my responses.
the secret service special agents cited article II section I and said that there was gray area concerning the definition of natural born citizen.
i quickly showed them the definition as printed in the laws of nations and more specifically ... thomas jefferson's definition posted on my web site.
they were taken aback by my firm grip on the meaning and had to change course.
swennsen's expertise might have been better spent in florida, where another birther suit was being dismissed:
the u.s. constitution did not matter to the judge. she wanted to talk about florida law. there was no defense ... obama DID NOT SHOW, nor did his 'thugs.' the judge did not allow me to give my story. the judge said that she was dismissing the case for no 'cause of action' ... if i go again in this pursuit, on appeal, it will be with a lawyer. the usurper remains, for now, but not for long.
for a movement of self-proclaimed "constitutionalists", the birthers seem to be perpetually short on lawyers. now onto this months' highlights:
1) happy birthday
| somehow news of hawaii's kapi'olani medical center january centennial celebration managed to fly completely under everyone's radar, especially this letter of congratulations from the hospital's most famous alumnus: |
the white house
washington
january 24, 2009
kapi'olani medical center
dear friends,
i am writing to share congratulations on the centennial celebration of the kapi'olani medical center for women & children.
kapi'olani was one of hawai'i's earliest hospitals, and it has served many generations of hawai'i's people with distinction. the medical center reaches out to children of all backgrounds, and treats more than 62,000 children per year. as a beneficiary of the excellence of kapi'olani medical center — the place of my birth — i am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters.
hawai'i has always been a home to me, and i'm pleased to take part in your celebration. thank you for your hard work, and i wish you all the best for the next one hundred years.
sincerely,
barack obama
birthers quickly offered their response: |
[ crickets ... ]
2) newsmakers
| first, the setup:
it must have eaten a hole in his gut, waiting all the way until the very end of wednesday's white house presser, before les kinsolving of worldnetdaily could ask his burning question ... |
|
kinsolving: | ... in consideration of this very good promise of transparency, why can't the president respond to the petition to requests of 400,000 american citizens by releasing a certified copy of his long-form birth certificate listing hospital ... [laughter] ... 400,000! ... |
gibbs: | are you looking for the president's birth certificate? |
kinsolving: | yes. |
gibbs: | it's on the internet, lester. [laughter] |
kinsolving: | no, no, no — the long form listing his hospital and physician. [laughter] |
gibbs: | [chuckling] lester, this question in many ways continues to astound me. ... i certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we'll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy. |
and now for the handoff:
with the dam of silence on the whole of the media finally broken, bret baier of fox news political grapevine wasted no time running with this exclusive bombshell: |
and four months into president obama's term, the controversy surrounding his original birth certificate continues to dog his administration.
the obama campaign, you will remember, posted a copy of what it said was the document on its website to try to dispel rumors that he is not an american citizen.
but an online petition, calling for the release of what it described as "the president's complete birth certificate" with the hospital name, has almost 400,000 signatures.
today, the president's press secretary was incredulous that the issue just won't go away ...
anyone else notice that baier neglected to mention who or what is "dogging" the administration or is behind the petition drive?
not that it really matters, since online petitions are one of the few things worth less than a subprime mortgage, but as long as you were asking, this one comes from ...
... wait for it ...
... you guessed it ...
fox news wannabee worldnetdaily!
yes, that online right-wing tabloid exclusively devoted to pimping news about its favorite subject — itself and its owner and ceo joe farah — a joke of a journal that's second only to the parody news site the onion in its gift for just making shit up.
being one of the few places that the birthers can still call a home, wnd continues to bravely flog the eligibility nontroversy when no one else will.
last week farah called for donations for his new billboard campaign: |
the electoral system has failed to satisfy lingering questions about barack obama's eligibility to serve as president.
... that's how joseph farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, explains the petition he initiated several months ago that has collected nearly 400,000 names of americans demanding answers as to obama's elidibility as well as the outpouring of financial support for his new campaign to erect billboards around the country asking the simple question: "where's the birth certificate?"
... the first such sign to be posted under the 5-day-old campaign, a digital, electronic one, is up and online on highway 165 in ball, la. – the result of a donation by the owner.
... "as obama transforms this country from self-governing constitutional republic to one governed by a central ruling elite, the simple fact remains that no controlling legal authority has established that he is indeed a 'natural born citizen' as the constitution requires," farah said. "obama's promises of transparency have become a bad joke as he continues to hide simple, innocuous documents like his birth certificate and his student records."
the idea behind the billboard campaign is to make sure obama cannot avoid this question any longer. he must be asked to produce it at every turn, farah says.
a separate WND investigation into obama's birth certificate utilizing forgery experts also found the document to be authentic.
i guess amnesia must be one of the convenient side effects of fleecing the pockets of birthers. |
3) the obama birth certificate protection act
a bill approved by the house of representatives and referred to the senate would prohibit federal employees of executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence – legislation at least one group suspects is designed to protect barack obama's elusive birth certificate from release.
the legislation, hr 985, resides in the senate judiciary committee.
sovereignty alliance has issued a "red alert" about the bill it calls "stealth legislation ... to protect obama from providing his birth certificate."
what happened to the bill that was asking that all elected officials PROVE their citizenship?
more proof that 0 is in the white house fraudulently, and congress knows it.
before the congress passes this, it should be sent around to the lawyers for various agencies and comment sought— i used to have a job where i looked at proposed statutes to see if they conflicted with statutes already on the books, caused unforeseen problems by clumsy drafting, etc or were in conflict with the constitution, —anyway, you can’t change the constitution of the us by federal statute, it will never work. you’d have to do it by an amendment. this thing will never pass muster.
NOBODY is on this story that has any real national exposure.
hannity silent.
levin silent.
rush silent.
beck silent.
o’reilly silent.
andrew wilkow silent.
i hope they are silent simple because they do not want to say anything until they are 100% sure obama is not a citizen. BUT and this is a HUGE but...levin knows the constitution. he knows what the definition of a natural born citizen is. he has to know obama sr. makes jr. ineligible to hold office; yet he’s said nothing.
something or someone is preventing these guys from discussing this issue, one day i hope to find out what.
could it be that hannity (or, more likely, one of his interns) can in fact read?
here's the key text of the bill, hr 985/s 448, which was posted not just once but in fact two times on the same freeper thread: |
free flow of information act of 2009 — prohibits a federal entity from compelling a covered person (journalists and their employers, etc.) to testify or produce any document relating to protected information unless a court makes specified determinations by a preponderance of the evidence, including that all reasonable alternative sources have been exhausted, that the testimony or document sought is essential, and that nondisclosure would be contrary to the public interest, taking into account both the public interest in compelling disclosure and the public interest in gathering news and maintaining the free flow of information.
so, in a nutshell, the bill, instead of protecting obama and silencing federal employees, actually protects journalists and whistle-blowers from federal agencies (which today means the obama administration). as explained by the society of professional journalists: |
this bill is critical to allow people who feel they need to expose wrongdoing to share information with a reporter without fear that they will be punished for doing the right thing.
what the birthers clearly need is a bill to protect themselves from their own stupidity.
update: worldnetdaily has jettisoned their article. in what must be an historic first, wnd seems to have finally found a piece of trash even they won't recycle. |
4) knocking on heaven's souter's door
extremely important. need research to resubmit to SCOTUS
... i want these 4 foreign ambassadors to give me info on his entrance visas, how were those obtained, which passports did he submit to enter their countries. those are great britain, indonesia, kenya, pakistan.
still, just getting her case into the court won't be enough — she wants it safely in justice souter's lap: |
i got a lot of e-mails and comments aobut this choice, people were asking why not scalia or thomas, who are more conservative. i believe i explained it a few times before. i am explaining it for the last time, i can always resubmit to any of the conservative justices, they are not going anywhere, however this a last time i can submit to souter, who is leaving next month. he is leaving and has nothing to lose. i am concerned about some new justice, whom obama will appoint, this person will feel she owes her first born to obama as a thank you for the nomination. souter doesn’t owe anything. so, if after all the explanations, somebody sends me one more e-mail sayng”orly, why did you pick souter, scalia is more conservative”, i am going to scream, and i will probably scream bloody murder. focus people, don’t ask me the same question a hundred times. i need research on picking a justice of my choice.
that's right — orly's pinning her chances on a departing souter experiencing a "deathbed conversion" on his way out the door.
but orly's repeated rejections by the court seem to be sinking in: her plea for advice is an overdue admission that her online law degree doesn't actually grant her omnipotence — as one of her devotees bluntly reminds her: |
orly, this is too important to leave to the research and interpretation of the readers here. i know all are well intentioned, but will take a well-trained legal mind ensure that nothing is overlooked and also that only pertinent data is included.
i think you may need to hunker down and lock yourself up with the law books and go over some case law. as an attorney, you are the bottom line here. further dependence on amateurs can only get us so far and i am confident that we have long passed that line.
luckily for orly, the court is very accommodating to amateurs: |
you are required to state the grounds upon which this court's jurisdiction is invoked, with citation to the statutory provision.
please note, the original jurisdiction of this court generally extends only to cases or controversies between two or more states or between the united states and one or more states. section 1251 provides for original but not exclusive jurisdiction over proceedings involving ambassadors.
a copy of the rules of this court are enclosed.
finally you are not permitted to combine pleadings.
sincerely,
william k. suter, clerk
translation: thanks, but no thanks. do try again. |
5) urgent! wanted: bad legal advice
we need to focus this thread on looking at all avenues of approach as it pertains to legally charging, convicting, and removing elected officials who refuse to obey their oath of office to the constitution itself. what can they be charged with and how best should these charges be brought? if we did this nation-wide, it would have a larger impact than the tea parties.
considering the tea parties had zero impact on the usurper's iron grip, it makes sense to aim a bit higher. |
i suggest 2010 because i haven’t been able to find any attorneys here, in michigan, who think my case is valid. i have quoted areas of the constitution that we all know have been violated, but i’m told that it isn’t enough to prove wrong doing.
like i said, these were const[itutional] attorneys, or so they say. it was like i was talking to a wall. i even went as far as approaching a law professor at the university i attend, to see if they would consider taking this on....no go!
so let us all know what legal institution or firm you get in with, and maybe they can direct us in who to talk to in our states.
as always in freeperville, when the experts won't tell you what you want to hear, fukkem! |
i dont know what it is going to take, but there are enough devious and legal minds here that someone should be able to come up with something.
case history doesn't quite back up their claim to any "legal minds" amongst the faithful, making this crack-pipe dream as succinct a summary of the pathetic and desperate birther experience as you'll find anywhere. |
we need hard EVIDENCE from someone ‘high up’ who would be willing to ‘rat out’ the party or parties directly involved ... EVIDENCE that would prove that government officials in congress WILLFULLY — and ACTIVELY — violated their oaths of office.
there MUST be a ‘deep throat’, somewhere, willing to help.
unfortunately, after watching the birthers flip out over the "free flow of information act", i'm afraid "deep throat" decided to flip them the bird. |
6) bee cee tee pee
ewww boy, wipe your butt with obama's certificate of live birth forgery.
well, at least not literally, but a new campaign is underway by a concerned and frustrated citizen over obama's birth certificate issue. the blogger plans to make these toilet rolls available with the forgery imprints online for ordering, and either keeping as a novelty for yourself or sending to a congressman/representative as a strong message to "flush out" the birth certificate.
LOL, that is great. between this and the billboard, and reporter asking gibbs the question, and orly tate whatever she’s up to, maybe this story will continue to gain traction.
further comment unnecessary. |
