So that anyone who wants to can hold me accountable later:
- If Coakley loses and stocks go up, conservatives will say that the market is celebrating the voters putting the breaks on the Obama agenda.
- If Coakley loses and stocks go down, conservatives won't mention the market unless prodded and if prodded will say what the markets do is irrelevant and/or that the markets anticipated Coakley's defeat back in April and that her defeat is already priced in.
- If Coakley wins and stocks go down, conservatives will claim that the market is terrified of obama's socialist agenda.
- If Coakley wins and stocks go up conservatives will call you a dirty name if you ask them about it.
- If Coakley wins the soft left will say that it is a sign that Obama is still popular and Democrats have been doing a good job and that the fact that we all unified behind the Dems when the chips were down averted catastrophe.
6.If Coakley wins, the hard left will say it never should have been that close. It wouldn't have been that close if O and the Dems weren't a bunch of corpratist sell outs and the only thing that saved the day was activism by the hard left and a last minute rhetorical shift to the left by democrats in response to the demands of the hard left.
- If Coakley loses the soft left will say we all need to hang together or we will surely hang separately.
- If Coakley loses the hard left will say we were right all along and if you want to avoid more defeat you'd better get with out program.
- If Coakley loses the soft right will say it is a clear rejection of the Obama agenda and spells electoral doom in November unless Obama and the divests start governing like Reagan Republicans.
- If coakley wins the soft right will say the same thing but less belligerently.
- Whether coakley wins or loses the hard right will be spouting a lot of crazy, racist garbage with the difference being their will be a lot more taking back OUR country nonsense if Coakley wins. And DOOMED! DOOOOMED! They're going to put us in liberal concentration camps! type talk if Coakley wins.
