This is why Sarah Palin will never be elected president.
I'm sure I wouldn't like being called out by Family Guy for something I don't like about myself or my life (maybe I would be honored, I'm not sure) but either way, Sarah Palin still hasn't learned to not swing at pitches in the dirt.
Sooner or later, she's going to start to look like the boy who cried wolf.
SARAH Palin's family says the creators of US animated show Family Guy are "heartless jerks" after the show appeared to mock her Down syndrome son in an episode.
In a post on her Facebook page overnight, the former US vice-presidential candidate said it felt "like another kick in the gut" when a female character who apparently had Down syndrome made comparisons to her 22-month-old son, Trig, in the episode of the Fox network show.
"My dad's an accountant, and my mom's the former governor of Alaska," the disabled character said, without mentioning any names.
Rather than going into details as to how she felt, Mrs Palin posted her 19-year-old daughter Bristol's response to the controversy, saying it was "a much more restrained and gracious statement than I want to make".

Bristol (Palin) wrote: "Are there any limits to what some people will do or say in regards to my little brother or others in the special needs community? If the writers of a particularly pathetic cartoon show thought they were being clever in mocking my brother and my family yesterday (Sunday), they failed. All they proved is that they’re heartless jerks."
Apparently this happened last sunday.
Anyway, I think this is delicious, considering that News Corp. owns both Fox News and the Fox network, AND Palin has a deal with Fox to be a contributor. There's genius somewhere in that media empire...
Unlike David Letterman, the writers of Family Guy could give a shit what anyone thinks, let alone what Sarah Palin thinks.
I do hope they up the ante. The conflicts of interest are just too good.
