So rather than wade into the wars today, I decided to focus on getting some interesting bird pictures on my porch.
I have been fascinated with getting in-flight photos of birds for some time now... and just wanted to practice some technique today... and I thought I would share with my friends here!
I'll get back to rabble-rousing too!
For the technically minded...
Nikon D300 with either the 35mm f1.8 or the 85mm f1.4, triggered with a remote, flashes triggered with a Pocket Wizard for most of them, a long TTL cord on the later ones.
For the ornithology-minded...
They are nuthatches, chickadees, and towhees... I am pretty sure.
