As I mentioned yesterday, Charlie Tapp broke his promise to have at least three of the thirty-odd possible polling places open in Garland County, Arkansas -- which just happens to be Bill Halter's stronghold in the state.
Now we have video of voters actually being turned away because of Tapp's treachery. People whose jobs don't allow them the luxury of taking time off to wait in line for hours in the Arkansas summer heat -- and people who wouldn't have to wait, had they lived in a different, more Blanche-friendly county.
More on this (including more video of voters, many of them with health issues, being kept from voting) is at Blue Arkansas. (UPDATE: If you want to call Garland County and other voters to tell them how to find their polls, go here: http://www.billhalter.com/...)
