Here's a list of witnesses who the majority and the minority will be calling to supporting Elena Kagan. Not included in the majority list will be the two senators introducing her: John Kerry and Scott Brown (who says he's not supporting her but since he's introducing her, it's pretty obvious).
Here's the link with the location, Yes, I know it's the NRO: National Review Online List of Witnesses
By the military folks involved, look at what the Republicans are probably going to focus on.

A bunch of names jump out, including Tony Perkins, and Ed Whelan along with Vets for Freedom head, Capt. Pete Hegseth. They're clearly going to attack her for her views on DADT. This is actually rather repulsive, but if that's the way the Republicans want to play their strategy, so be it.
Looking at the majority though, I get the sense it's incomplete. There's 10 names while the minority has 14. Still something to watch for when hearings begin on monday.
UPDATE: AP has some interesting information on Gen. Boykin, whom the republicans are calling. Clearly this is a well thoughtout list from the GOP: AP on General Boykin
Lt. Gen. William G. "Jerry" Boykin is one of four military witnesses Senate Republicans are calling to help make the case against Kagan in Judiciary Committee hearings that begin Monday.
In 2003, Boykin gave speeches at evangelical Christian churches in which he painted the war on terror as a Christian fight against Satan and suggested that Muslims worship idols. He later apologized.
