This is very simple, if a Senator wants to be part of the Democratic Caucus, you cannot vote to Filibuster the Democratic Agenda. If a Senator in the Democratic Caucus votes against cloture, that Senator should immediately lose all committee chairmanships and seniority. No Exceptions.
I don't care if a Senator is against a piece of legislation. Go ahead, vote against it. But to vote against cloture is a vote against your party's agenda, not a vote against a piece of legislation. Democratic/Independent Senators that filibuster the Democratic agenda are just as bad as Republican Obstructionists.
Harry Reid, you must be a stronger leader! Our nation demands it. Will someone please bring this up to Harry Reid at Netroots Nation, I just don't understand the lack of party unity. We can be big tent and organized.
Sick and tired of being sick and tired. I thought Democratic majorities and a Democratic President would lower my stress level, sadly, it has not.
