"It's an invitation to intimidation"
Via Sam Stein at HuffPo
A press assistant for the National Republican Congressional Campaign tweeted the home addresses of campaign staffers for Rep. Tom Perriello (D-Va.) Tuesday night.
And the last time this happened, wingnuts published Rep. Perriello's home address and screwed it up, posting his brother's address instead. When someone vandalized Perriello's brothers home (by vandalized, I mean severed a gas line and attempted to EXPLODE) the FBI got involved, and VA Republicans slammed the release of the address by Tea Party operative Mike Troxel.
The NRCC staffer who did this, Andy Sere, is a despicable douche, needless to say. I would publish HIS home address, but I have this personality disorder called ETHICS, so, instead, I've come up with a way to really piss Andy off.

Who would have thought I'd ever find myself agreeing with this guy . . .
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who has a following in the Tea Party movement, called the posting of Perriello's brother's address "appalling."
"I think that is way over the line," he said. "I don't think it's close. It's an appalling approach. It's not civil discourse. It's an invitation to intimidation."

Certainly, if Cuccinelli thought publishing Perriello's brothers' address was appalling when a TeaBagger did it, he would say the same thing if we changed the words "TeaBagger" to "NRCC aide", and "Perriello's brothers' address" to "Perriello's staffers' address"
Amazingly, Cuccinelli and Perriello's campaign manager agree on terminology here, as both have called these kinds of instances "Appalling"
"NRCC spokesperson Andy Sere clearly crossed the line tonight, but will Robert Hurt stand by idly while those who recruited him and represented his campaign carry out these dangerous and unethical practices? It's appalling and outrageous,"

So, here are a few questions I have for Andy Sere, GOP VA-05 candidate Robert Hurt and their colleagues . . . .
- WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING????
- Will you take responsibility for any violence or intimidation against Rep. Perriello's staffers whose personal privacy you have violated?
- Seriously, WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING????
Now, unlike Andy Sere I have an ethical problem with this kind of thing, but since I won't stoop to the level of Andy Sere I've come up with a great way to support Rep. Perriello and his embattled staffers that all of us can enjoy . . .

Congressman Perriello did the RIGHT THING for us by voting for health care reform, and he has been a strong supporter of President Obama in his first term in Congress. Tom Perriello has stood up and fought for us, it's time that we return the favor.
So? What are you gonna do?
(Oh, and my personal message to Andy Sere)
